Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $8.00
Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — $15.00
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $70.00

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and other major carriers depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your package is with the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello.solstaura@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Solstaura is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

Digital Products & Services

Digital products and services (including readings, Reiki sessions, and channeling sessions) are delivered electronically or via scheduled appointment and do not require shipping. No shipping charges apply to these purchases.
