Distance Reiki – The Full Container

A full container to drop in, release, and realign.

This is the deep one.

We begin with an opening call to check in with where you are and set your intention. Then you rest — fully, no effort required — while I work with your energy across the distance for the heart of the session. We close together, and I share what I noticed and any messages that surfaced.

Real space to land back in your body and your frequency.

✨ What to Expect:

• 20 min — Opening call to check in and set your intention
• 60 min — Distance Reiki transmission while you rest fully
• 20 min — Closing call to share what surfaced and what came through

✨ You may experience:

• A profound sense of release and deep relaxation
• Emotional clarity and energetic realignment
• Messages, imagery, or sensations during the session
• Warmth, tingling, or a feeling of being held
• Lasting shifts in mood, energy, and perspective in the days following

All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable place to lie down, and an open heart. Reiki transcends time and space — its effects are just as powerful across the distance as they are in person.

Know You. Heal You. Grow You.

⚠️ Reiki is a complementary energetic practice rooted in spiritual tradition. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
