Distance Reiki - Energy Reset

A gentle energy reset you can receive from wherever you’re most comfortable.

Sometimes you don’t need a full overhaul — you just need to come back to yourself. The Reiki Energy Reset is a focused, distance Reiki session designed to clear stagnant energy, restore your natural flow, and leave you feeling grounded, lighter, and more like you.

We’ll open with a brief call to connect and set your intention. Then you’ll settle in and rest while I hold space and send Reiki across the distance. We close with a short call so I can share what I felt and what came through.

Perfect as a top-up between fuller sessions, or when you just need to come back to center.

✨ What to Expect:

• 15 min — Opening call to connect and set your intention
• 30 min — Distance Reiki transmission while you rest
• 15 min — Closing call to share what came through

✨ You may experience:

• A deep sense of calm and relaxation
• Release of emotional or energetic tension
• Clarity, lightness, and restored sense of self
• Warmth, tingling, or peaceful heaviness during the session
• Improved sleep and emotional balance in the days following

All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable place to lie down, and an open heart. This session is held entirely over distance — Reiki transcends time and space, and its effects are just as powerful remotely as they are in person.

Know You. Heal You. Grow You.
